1. Payment Terms

  • For social media management, paid ads management, and SEO services, 100% advance payment is required before starting the work.

  • For other projects, a 50% advance payment is required to begin. The remaining 50% must be paid upon final approval before delivery of original files or live deployment.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the work has been initiated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For hosting packages, renewal charges must be paid annually in advance before the expiry date to avoid service suspension.

2. Project Timelines

  • Each design or development project has an estimated completion time of 2 weeks, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

  • Project timelines begin after receiving the down payment and all necessary materials/content from the client.

  • Delays in providing content or approvals may result in project timeline extensions.

3. Revisions Policy

  • Design projects (including logos, posters, etc.) are eligible for up to 2 rounds of revisions free of charge.

  • Website development includes up to 2 content/layout revision rounds during the development phase.

  • Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges, depending on the scope of change.

4. Design & Development Process

  • The design team will work on concepts and deliver a final presentation based on the client’s brief.

  • Upon special request, initial sketches or work-in-progress previews may be shared before the final presentation.

  • If the initial concepts do not meet expectations, one additional concept will be developed and delivered within 5 working days.

  • For website projects, development will be done on a staging environment and moved to the live server after final approval and full payment.

5. Website Hosting & Support

  • QSB Technologies offers shared/cloud hosting services as part of its website packages.

  • Hosting is billed annually and includes basic technical support for uptime and server issues.

  • Clients are responsible for their website content and email management unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed.

  • Hosting accounts not renewed on time will be suspended and may result in data loss.

  • QSB Technologies is not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, malware, or client modifications.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If the client decides not to proceed after receiving ideas developed as per the agreed brief, the initial payment is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations after work has begun will not be eligible for a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Hosting and domain registrations are non-refundable once provisioned or activated.

7. File Delivery

  • Final project files (source files, print files, website logins, etc.) will be shared only after receiving full payment.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to back up and securely store these files once delivered.

  • For website development, admin login details and hosting credentials will be provided post-payment.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client holds the rights to use the final approved designs or developed websites.

  • QSB Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media platforms, unless a written agreement of confidentiality is signed.

  • All third-party assets (e.g., plugins, stock images) used in websites are subject to their respective licenses.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide clear, accurate, and timely input for effective project delivery.

  • Any delays in providing materials, approvals, or responses may impact timelines and additional charges may apply for rescheduling work.

  • The client must ensure their content is legal and does not violate copyright, privacy, or third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • QSB Technologies is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • While we ensure quality and professional service, we do not guarantee business outcomes or client results.

  • In case of website downtime or data loss, QSB Technologies will take reasonable steps to restore services but holds no liability for loss of data or revenue.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • QSB Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
